Sunflower Apartments Floorplans

Sunflower Apartments provide housing for new faculty, unclassified staff, post-doctoral fellows, and visiting scholars. Sunflower Apartments are two-bedroom duplexes located at 11th and Missouri near Memorial Stadium and arewithin easy walking distance of the main campus. They are one-level, brick, side-by-side duplexes set in a beautiful,hilly area. There are nineteen two-bedroom units available. Apartments have hardwood floors and are not furnishedexcept for a stove and refrigerator (some have been renovated and contain dishwashers). All units are equipped witha gas, forced-air furnace for heating and central air-conditioning. All units have access to common, unfenced lawnarea; some of the units have decks outside their back door. Each unit has approximately 650 sq. feet of living space plus additional unsecured storage space in the unfinished basement of each building.

kitchen (with dishwasher if a renovated unit), bath with bathtub
and shower, linen closet, and two bedrooms, each with their own
closet. Hardwood floors throughout each unit.
