A doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies is located within the School of Education at the University of Kansas, which is ranked among the top 15 public universities by U.S. News and World Report. The concentration in Higher Education provides current and prospective college or university staff members and administrators with theoretical and practical knowledge of higher education as a complex human activity. The doctoral program includes both a Ph.D. and Ed.D. option. The Higher Education Department has three full-time faculty as well as adjunct professors that work in different areas of the Student Affairs field.
